The defence of it wasn’t a person per se, it was a computer error fails to hold water as someone had to tell the computer to actually do it. What it is, is a way to pass blame without having to be specific. Computers do not make errors, inputters, coders and users make them and the computer just repeats and compounds those errors…

It appears the ‘glitch’ has not effected amazon.co.uk yet.
